Use the Ladder-Barrel to isolate deep postural muscles and challenge the body on all planes of movement. The functional and solid design uses perfectly fitted joints for maximum stability while providing a cushioned area for exercises.
The Ladder-Barrel consists of ladder-like rungs and a rounded barrel-like surface which is separated from the ladder by a smooth sliding base to adjust and accommodate different sizes of users.
The high density foam provides a comfortable padded cushion for prone exercises or sidelying exercises. The durable upholstery can be wiped down after each use for sanitation purposes. Product is available in four beautiful colors. The unit is constructed with durable yet attractive eucalyptus wood in an ecologically friendly manner. The Ladder-Barrel uses eucalyptus wood harvested from forests that meet stringent environmental, social and economical standards.
