The increased standards of the 3B Scientific Group in terms of service improvement and international process optimization are now also reflected in its new business software. Launched in June 2011, SAP now replaces Navision as management, planning and controlling tool.

The software transition facilitates improved delivery capacities, faster export handling, higher planning precision, accelerated complaints handling, and more. After the initial stages, the new system will moreover increase the efficiency of the company’s daily operations, helping it to capitalize on cost-cutting potentials.
